Well, the swim meet on Thursday went very well. I took 1 second off of my 50 Crawlstroke time! :D
After that, on Friday evening, Mallory came over and we hung out and *tried* to beat Isaac in his PS2. Well, I tried to beat him...Mallory actually succeeded.
Yesterday, Mom, Laura, Betty, Sonora, Me, and a bunch of other quizzers went to volunteer at KidsFestNW!
KidsFest is a kind of festival held at Hovander Park in Ferndale. It is hosted by Child Evangelism, so it's a Christian environment for kids who come to play, go to a petting zoo, watch dancers, see demonstrations of different activities etc.
That's what we were doing! We were doing demos to show kids what TFC (Teens For Christ, our quizzing organization) is all about! We did some quizzing and then we let the kids get on the lights and asked them some Disney Trivia. That was the most fun, anyway.... :)
Oh yeah, and The Lewis' were there running the "Dancing For Joy" performers, so I helped with Theo and Penny and Felix and Ozzie all day too! They were great and Theo even tried a lot of quizzing! He's really good at it!!
Afterwords, we all went to The Powell's for Tiana's graduation party, that was really fun!
Also, yesterday I watched The Avengers. Yes, yes. It was great. I did really enjoy it. It was a good mixture of intense all the time with a lot of crazyness and excitement. :)
So now, Mom and I are going to church early to help in the nursery.
