Well, here I am. Supposedly, I have to go on with my life. Even though I really don't want to.
It's not like I don't like my life --I love my life! But seriously, the last day of Regionals is my least favorite day of the year.
We did really really well this weekend taking 1st in the entrance to the top 3 and then placing 2nd overall! (Last year we placed 3rd overall, so it was an improvement! :) We held 1st place really consistently over the weekend, but during the top 3 rounds, they hardly asked any of our material! :P
The speaker, Jack Hagar was really good (as usual) and always puts lots of humor into his lessons.
The games were awesome, the food was awesome, the worship was awesome and the people were amazing.
Like I said, the last day of Regionals is my least favorite day of the year because you have to leave all that behind you and get back to the real world.
It's mostly hard when you have spent a whole weekend in a great place with friends that you love. It's like a big family there and it's really hard to leave.
But I guess I'll just have to keep going and find out what I have next to get excited about.
I had a really great time this weekend. Tons of fun!
As soon as the Teens For Christ people put up the pictures on their website, I will post some more pictures!
