Seattle Trip!

So, this happened a couple weeks ago, but I kept on forgetting to put up the post on my blog!! So, here it is! (really late, but oh well!) Early May, Mom, Dad, Isaac and I went on the train down to Seattle. We seriously walked EVERYWHERE We took no bus, no car, nothing. Just our feet. You can imagine how that felt to a girl who totally forgot that the shoes she was wearing had absolutely no arches in them. I have feet that need arches when I walk long distances. It hurt. Here are some pictures!

This is the view from Columbia Tower. Mum and I went up while Dad and Isaac saved a table.

Looking out towards Bainbridge Island.

The Seattle Center. Including The Space Needle.

Safeco Field and The Smith Tower.

Looking down on the Smith Tower. We were about to go up on that one, but We decided to go up on the Columbia instead. It used to be the tallest building, but then they built the Columbia. ( the one we're on!)

Looking down.

Out across everything.

Looking towards Lake Washington.

The Highway.

The Hospital. You can see the heliopad X's in the building to the Right.

More Highway...

These were window washer guys.

See that black blob on the side of the building to the left? That's the window washer guys! They were up REALLY high!!

Lunch break! We were tired!

The Seattle Public Library.

Looking down from the computer resources deck of the library. That is the gift shop. I know, right? A gift shop in a library??

The walls were all glass panels. This place was huge!

Yes. The library had a chocolate shop as well as a gift shop!!

It also had revolving doors and an escalator!!

The Seattle Center Fountain! We net up with our cousins Sophie and Mallory there and had a picnic!

Running/dancing around the fountain.

See how close Sophie was? She got wet.

They were playing cool music, so we decided to dance! (Thankfully, there was no one else there!)

This is me teaching them how to Scottish Highland Dance. They were playing this awesome Celtic song!

The fountain and Space Needle.

One of Isaac's........works of art?

The Sunset coming home.

This is pretty much what the train cars looked like.

Well! That was our adventure! Dad kept saying "Now this is training for Europe!" I think we did pretty good!!
