Yesterday, Sonora and her older sister, Tiana, came over and Sonora, Tiana, Abby and I had a "Girl Party" and watched a movie and then fell asleep!
Well, Abby and Tiana fell asleep, but Sonora and I stayed up until about 2:00! But we still got a pretty good solid 7 hours!
I woke up to Tiana saying "Guys, it's snowing!" and jumping up to see. Sure enough, our whole yard, the streets, the trees, the cars were covered in it! It is beautiful!
After breakfast, we trudged out and sledded down the hills in our neighborhood and rolled big balls of snow! (Sonora named hers "Rinaldo"!)
After our fingers and toes got froze, we went inside to play (The game of) "Life"!
During the game, I (As usual. it happens every time...) hardly landed on any "Baby boy!" or "Baby girl!" or "Twins!" spaces, and neither did Sonora, so we decided to just adopt children by paying the bank!
I always get the "Doctor" card when drawing a Career Card, but after I landed on the "You're fired, find new job" space, I became a "Travel Agent".
We were thinking as we were playing it "Ah, if only college really did only last about 5 minutes until your next turn!" And then I realized how happy I was to not have school today! Especially that it snowed a lot on the one day we had off this week! Yay.
It was really great to just spend the whole day with good friends, laughing, drinking tea, playing games and painting! I loved it!

hee hee, this doesn't really have to do with this post but the photo for today is REALLY CUTE! Reba does that too sometimes, and once, Sar and I were on the deck and she was in the middle of us, and Sarah said, "Hey, why did you touch my head?" and I said, "I didn't touch your head." A few minutes later she said, "you just did it again!" and then I felt a tap on MY head, too, and then we figured out Reba was bopping our heads. :) So cute. :)
