My Mom has started to use my book as a motivation now! As soon as I set it down, she snatches it up and says she won't give it back until I finish my job. But I suppose that's only fair, for, in the past 3 days spent reading my days away, I have accumulated quite a few baskets of laundry waiting to be folded!
Finally, though, I finished folding the laundry and only hope that, as I reach out a hand for the book, she won't think of something else that I'll have to do before zoning everything out and sinking back into my very own District 12...
