Today was the bible quizzing meet!
It was super fun to see everyone again and quiz with them! However, because of the back-up of Europe (meaning I missed 2 weeks of vital memorizing time), I only have 18 verses (1 chapter). That's not a great thing when you are quizzing against people who have been memorizing for the other 2 months already and had already quizzed one other meet (we were gone for it). But I happened to have the chapter that was seriously only called 2 times in the meet! I am being totally serious!! the first time, I got the jump and errored and then the second time I got the jump and got it right! At the moment, I have a point average of 0.0... Great, huh?
It was somewhat sad because my whole team was in the top 10 quizzers and I was basically all alone, but I was really happy that they all made it in! They did fabulous!
I really need to memorize, but there was nothing I could do! I will so have tons more verses at the December meet!
