These are some pictures from parts of my summer you never knew about!
Part 1: Swimming in the ocean! Maren and I like to go and swim in the sea! Recently, we experienced the intense fun of plunging ourselves from the Bellingham boardwalk into the water! It's sooo much fun! And, we just swam at marine park and at Boulevard Park!
Part 2: Picking blackberries! Our blackberries are now ripe! The other day, Maren, Evan, Mom, Me, and our cousin, Josh, picked a ton of blackberries! It was so fun!
Part 3: More water. My Friends, Sophie and Emily, and I have come up with a brilliant, amazing, fantastic way to spend our time on a hot day. We get our swimsuits on, get out the hoses, turn on the three different sprinklers, place the sprinklers underneath their trampoline, and jump! It is sooo much fun!! I love it! We put two circular sprinklers underneath that spray through the trampoline, then put one that goes back and forth right by it and that gets us on top! Who needs a swimming pool!??!
Part 4: Babies. Lot's of babies this summer! Our friends the Lathrops, came over and we went for a walk with them. They have a 5-year-old boy, a 2-year-old girl and a newborn boy! they are all very sweet kids!
Part 5: Outdoor movies! If you live in Bellingham (even if you don't), you know about the outdoor movies in the Fairhaven Village Green! It's so much fun! On Saurday, Maren, Sophie, Emily and I went to see "Jurassic Park" together! I like it mostly because I usually don't watch movies outside, and it's so much fun to bring a bunch of blankets and snuggle up! After the movie, Emily's hand and mine were so sore because we were gripping each others hands so hard during the intense parts!
So, these are some of the things that I like to do in the summer. I love summer. Can't wait until next year! (Not that it isn't summer or anything, but by the weather, it might as well be December. I wouldn't be surprised if it started to snow! :)
